The company "Carpentry Rapić" Ltd. is engaged in the production of solid glued boards of beech, oak and ash, so called. English planks of oak, fir flooring, stairways, paneling, moldings atc.
After 11 years of experience in furniture manufacturing, the current owner started the family business in 1972. From carpentry workshop he created the company "Carpentry Rapic" Ltd, which operates under that name since 1991.
The company currently employs 50 workers. The production process takes place in an area of 14000 m2, of which 4000 m2 is covered production area. The company has the ability to process wood from the tree to the final product, because it has a modern sawmill and plants for final processing of wood. It also has a steaming and drying equipment. Hardwood has a capacity of 10,000 m3 of roundwood annually.
The main final products are solid glued boards of beech, oak, and ash in the breadth and finger jointed, of all sizes. Annual production capacity of solid wood panels is approximately 2500 m3.
Additional production includes: the production of so-called. English planks of oak, fir flooring, stairways, paneling, moldings and various other. The past few years the company has started with the production of solid wood furniture (beds, cabinets, tables, benches). All of these products are sold on the EU market, primarily in Germany, Austria, as well as to other EU countries.
